Twitch app is still not my choice for updating addons - some of them get updated to the retail versions which often are not compatible with the Classic client. I wish they'd just let you choose the game version for the addons manually. So the only assumption I could make is, the Twitch app has screwed up my addons. This is the first time this has happened to me btw.
