Not only once did I download it, but twice. I couldn't find the app the first or the second time. Did I download it??? I read somewhere about a Windows Store, could that be the reason? I have the product key for Windows To do this, select Applications in the left column, and then select My apps , in the same column. You can sort the tools by device, by family collection, or view them all together.
